Our unique campus brings together education, residential care, therapy, clinical support and life-skills training — all designed to empower young people with physical disabilities and complex health needs.

When you join our bank team, you become part of a larger enthusiastic team. We have immense job satisfaction and love making a real difference to the lives of our students. In return, we ask for commitment to attend our training and share our values.

"You really are made to feel like part of the team. All staff members and students have been so welcoming and supportive since I started".

What will the role involve?

Your role will be varied and hands-on. You could be:

  • Helping students get ready for the day — or wind down at night
  • Assisting with nutrition, feeding and tube-feeding requirements
  • Supporting students to achieve their personal goals and learning targets
  • Assisting with individual therapy programmes
  • Supporting mobility using wheelchairs, hoists or trikes
  • Helping maintain teaching aids, learning equipment and other essential technologies
  • Keeping accurate records in line with regulations
  • Providing personal care including washing, dressing and toileting

Every task you do contributes to helping our students build independence, confidence and a sense of belonging.

What we offer you:

We truly value our team, and we’re proud to offer a range of benefits designed to support you both personally and professionally.

  • Flexible hours
  • Weekend night allowance of £20 per night (Fri–Sun) for Night Student Support Assistants
  • Paid training, with ongoing opportunities to develop your skills
  • Up to 7 weeks holiday pay
  • Free onsite parking
  • Access to HSF and Perkbox for health, wellbeing and retail discounts
  • Free Enhanced DBS Check
