Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in aviation ground operations, training, operational readiness, or safety roles.

  • Familiarity with winter operations and birdstrike prevention practices.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for GROPS training programme and Ground Operations Operational Readiness.
  • Design and deliver training material for ground operations teams.
  • Lead readiness planning for operational changes, new network points, and seasonal ramp-ups.
