A leading corporate reception management firm based in Edinburgh is seeking an AV Team Leader. In this role, you will lead a small team to ensure the smooth running of audio-visual equipment and support events within a corporate setting. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills and previous leadership experience, along with a passion for technology. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of £32,130 and excellent benefits including holiday allowance and pension contributions.

We are currently on the lookout for a tech-savvy and polished AV Team Leader, based in the corporate offices of a world renown bank.
As a vital part of the wider FOH team, the AV team are there to ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day operation delivery, ensuring all AV equipment is in working order, with a key focus on delivering and supporting events in the client's purpose built Business School Auditorium, as well as 4 large event spaces/meeting Rooms in our main building.
The AV Team Leader will be responsible for leading, developing and coordinating a team of 2 AV Technicians whose work involves everything from small meeting room support for Zoom calls to leading the larger events in the business school. You will work with the events team as AV Lead and meet clients to understand their requirements, ensuring their events/meetings run smoothly from the AV side.

Hours: 40 hours per week, shifts from Mon-Fri
Salary: £32,130
The successful candidate will be a customer focused person, with previous experience of leading a small team. Knowledge of audio-visual equipment and services is essential, preferably in a corporate setting.
