AutoCAD Technician – Property Service

Role within the Performance and Information Team based at County Hall, working hybrid. Responsible for strategic management of the council's property portfolio (approx. 600 schools & 400 operational buildings) to enable delivery of corporate priorities and service objectives.

We seek an enthusiastic AutoCAD Technician to assist with:

  • Maintaining accurate property asset information in the Property Asset Management System (PAMS).
  • Identifying and releasing sites to meet statutory duties.
  • Strategically managing the property portfolio to align with operational needs.
  • Co‑ordinating the transfer of surplus properties to community organisations.
  • Collaborating with public and community sector bodies to explore co‑location and shared service delivery opportunities.
