Audit/Accounts Senior

Our client, a respected and friendly accountancy practice based in Swansea, is seeking an Audit/Accounts Senior to join their growing team.

About The Role
  • Take responsibility for running smaller audits from planning to completion, with senior support for review.
  • Assist colleagues on larger and more complex audit assignments across a variety of sectors.
  • Prepare statutory accounts from start to finish for limited companies, partnerships, and sole traders.
  • Work confidently with accounting software including Xero, Sage, and QuickBooks.
  • Liaise directly with clients to resolve queries and build positive relationships.
  • Support junior staff where required and contribute to a collaborative team culture.
  • Review and finalise accounts where appropriate, or prepare for partner review depending on experience.

Working Hours

This is an office‑based role, Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 4:30pm with a half‑hour lunch break.

Qualifications
