The Role

As an Exec in the Racing Operations Team, you will be part of a dynamic team that provides an industry leading product across both the sportsbook and the Betfair Exchange. You will ensure continuous improvement of the UKI Racing product for our 3 UKI brands across the full product lifecycle, from market creation and live management right through to issue resolution, making quality real-time decisions to enhance customer satisfaction and business performance. You will play a key role in driving operational excellence while fostering a customer-obsessed culture. You’ll work closely with teams across the business to continuously improve our product offering and internal processes.

What You’ll Do

Form part of a team that takes responsibility for the UKI Racing products across both Sportsbook and Exchange, spanning market creation, settlement, post-settlement, issue resolution and retrospective reporting & analysis.

What We’re Looking For

Strong understanding of the Flutter Brands and sportsbook/exchange products or a willingness to rapidly develop expertise.

• Customer focused, always. Proactive and methodical approach to identifying and resolving issues both for our customers and our business and delivering experiences that delight Betfair customers.
• Analytical. The ability to think critically, solve problems creatively, and understand complex data. You know how to dissect problems and devise effective solutions using technical tooling in the process.
• Outstanding attention to detail, ensuring all aspects of trading operations are meticulously handled.
• Exceptional decision maker. Particularly in fast paced, high‑pressure situations.
• Strong organisational skills. Demonstrated ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously which is crucial in delivering projects on time and to a high standard.
• Excellent communicator who actively seeks out and shares knowledge with colleagues across the team and wider department.
• An individual who understands brand & department strategies to allow them to make meaningful contributions as a Trading Operations Executive.
• Solution oriented. Someone who has experience in identifying pain points in current processes and proposes solutions to address these.
