A global insurance services company is seeking a Senior Recruitment / Talent Acquisition Leader to handle complex liability claims in the UK/EMEA regions. The ideal candidate will have strong decision-making and analytical skills, along with a bachelor's degree in a related field. This full-time role focuses on developing business, mentoring junior staff, and preparing detailed reports on claims, all while promoting an inclusive work environment.

The individual would need to be an experienced technical adjuster with extensive knowledge and background in UK Liability. The individual would be willing to travel and commute to our office in London for 2 days per week.
