Job summary

A leading life sciences recruiter is seeking an Associate Director or Director in Biostatistics in Manchester. As a Lead Statistician, you will oversee multiple studies ensuring compliance and high quality. This role requires significant experience in Biostatistics and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders. You will also contribute to bid presentations and mentor junior team members. Successful candidates will have the right to work in the UK/EU and a proven background in pharmaceutical or biotech environments.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Pharma, Biotech, CRO, or Medical Device.
  • Ability to mentor junior team members.
  • Strong communication skills with both Biostatistics and Non-Biostatistics personnel.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure high quality and compliance in project delivery.
  • Contribute to bid presentations and client meetings.

R&D Partners is seeking Associate Director and Directors, Biostatistics to join a leading market Global Pharma, who are placing continuous investment into the growth of their Biostatistics function.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the Lead Statistician on multiple studies, ensuring high quality, compliance, and satisfaction from clients.
  • Responsible for statistical aspects of CRF design and edit specifications.
  • Performs statistical analyses and interprets results for simple to complex clinical studies.
  • Contribute to bid presentations, client meetings, and improvements to departmental processes.
  • Mentor and support the growth of junior team members.
Key Skills and Requirements
  • Full right to work in UK/EU
  • Experience in Biostatistics within a Pharma, Biotech, CRO, Medical Device or similar company
  • Skilled communicator to Biostatistics and Non-Biostatistics personnel
