The Role:

Our Assistant Stylists are crucial to the success of our Pets Grooming salons. You'll provide the highest standard of pet care, demonstrating a basic understanding of grooming techniques, including handling, equipment use, and pre-grooming preparation.

We will provide training, skills, and knowledge to help you deliver excellent service. You'll enjoy a competitive pay rate and opportunities for growth through comprehensive training, including our Earn as You Learn programmes and skill-based pay enhancements.

We’re seeking individuals who are:

• Passionate about delivering excellent service.
• Flexible to work a shift pattern across 6 days a week (closed on Sundays). You may need to work additional hours during busy periods, absences, or holidays.
• Experience working with or handling dogs in a professional grooming or pet care environment is desirable but not essential (note: bathing and prepping your own dog does not count as professional experience). Experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
• Familiar with working in target-driven environments is a plus, but not mandatory.
