Assistant Store Manager - West Wiltshire

We’re looking for an experienced people‑manager to support our Store Manager and grow a diverse, high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing day‑to‑day store operations and supporting the Store Manager with deliveries, ordering, and customer queries.
  • Developing and leading a team, driving performance and motivation.
  • Organising holiday rosters and ensuring operational efficiency.
  • Maximising sales, delivering excellent customer service, controlling costs and optimising efficiency.

Required skills & experience

  • Proven people‑management experience in a fast‑paced retail environment.
  • Strong time‑management, operational efficiency and results‑orientation.
  • Ability to meet targets and adapt to change.
