A historic cathedral in London is seeking a dedicated Safeguarding Coordinator to enhance safeguarding practices across its community. In this full-time role, you will ensure the highest standards of safeguarding, manage confidential records, and coordinate training to promote welfare. Applicants should have relevant experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work flexibly. The role also supports a commitment to diversity and well-being for all staff. Full Time 35 hours per week (flexible working available)
Working closely with the Safeguarding Officer and the Diocese of London, you will play a vital role in embedding robust, up-to-date safeguarding practices throughout Cathedral life. This is a varied and impactful position, ensuring best practice across the Cathedral community.

There may be occasions when you provide support in the Safeguarding Officer’s absence. Flexibility is key to Cathedral life, and while some duties may fall outside standard hours, we recognise and value your commitment by offering time off in lieu to ensure a healthy work-life balance.
