Qualifications

  • Knowledge of NEC3 & JCT Contract Administration preferred.
  • Ability to motivate your team to ensure a high standard of work.
  • Awareness of health and safety procedures for a safe construction site.
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK.
  • Full UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and coordination of projects from start to finish.
  • Supervise the construction site on a day-to-day basis.
  • Ensure project delivery on time and on budget.
  • Maintain communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Produce and manage work programmes for the project.
