Lewis Hackett Golf Ltd, based at Seacroft Golf Club in Skegness, Lincolnshire, is recruiting an Assistant Professional to join the team at one of England’s leading links venues. Seacroft is an all‑year‑round links course ranked 52nd in England and offers an excellent environment for a motivated PGA Trainee or PGA Member to develop their career, gain meaningful operational experience, and access outstanding facilities to build a coaching programme.

The Role (Employed – 30 shop hours):

The employed element of the position is 30 hours per week in the professional shop.

The role consists of golf operations, supporting the day‑to‑day member and visitor experience and working closely with the Head Professional. Additional responsibilities of the role include:

• Deliver excellent customer service and support the smooth running of the professional shop.
• Assist with the organisation and delivery of club competitions and general golf operations.
• Maintain high standards across retail presentation, service, and day‑to‑day administration.
• Oversee studio hire (bookings, customer experience, studio standards), with incentives available linked to studio hire performance.

Self‑Employed Coaching Opportunity:

Alongside their employed role, the successful candidate will have an excellent opportunity to develop their self‑employed coaching business, using Seacroft’s state‑of‑the‑art indoor TrackMan studio and general coaching facilities. This includes the potential to run and grow junior coaching activity, as well as deliver private lessons and structured programmes.
