Responsibilities
  • Review customer cases referred from Claims or Customer Care to ensure alignment with underwriting criteria and footprint.
  • Conduct regular spot checks and audits on validations to maintain quality and consistency.
  • Identify trends from claim referrals, customer interactions, and potential fraud reports.
  • Highlight training or knowledge gaps in frontline teams and provide feedback to support improvement.
  • Support review and changes of our policy wording to ensure operational readiness for new products or footprint updates.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen Prima’s risk protection by leveraging data and operational insights for key projects.
  • Contribute to the design and development of processes that can be scaled across the Validations, Customer Care and Underwriting Operations team.
