Assistant Head of Corporate Governance (Oversight)

This role will be based on the university campus, with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner. We are also open to discussing flexible working arrangements.

Are you passionate about fostering and embedding good corporate governance across an organisation? Are you hard working, enthusiastic and thrive in challenging but rewarding environments? Do you have significant corporate governance, regulatory compliance and leadership experience?

We are looking for a confident, professional and proactive individual to provide high quality leadership for institutional corporate governance and regulatory compliance activities.

You will play a leading role in ensuring that institutional corporate governance and compliance related systems and processes are consistent, effective, reflect sector best practice and are compliant with regulator and other requirements, recommending and implementing strategic change and operational enhancements as required.
