A multidisciplinary environmental consultancy located in Bedford is seeking an enthusiastic graduate or early-career ecologist. This position offers hybrid working, where the successful candidate will undertake Preliminary Ecological Appraisals, conduct protected species surveys, and prepare detailed technical reports. Ideal for someone passionate about ecology with a degree and willing to learn. We are looking for an enthusiastic graduate or early-career ecologist, ideally with some practical experience, to join our friendly team of ecologists, landscape architects, environmental planners, and arboriculturists.
The position is based in Bedford and is an excellent opening for someone looking to develop their skills and knowledge, with future opportunities for advancement. We would also consider applicants who may not meet all the requirements, but can instead show how they are ambitious, good at learning and keen to engage in ‘on-the-job’ training that we can provide.

We are currently operating a hybrid working arrangement, with a minimum of three days in the office, with remainder eligible for remote work, subject to agreement.
