A specialized educational institution in Chigwell is seeking a Cook to prepare and serve nutritious meals to students and staff. The role includes ensuring food hygiene, planning meals with dietary requirements, and creating a positive mealtime experience. Applicants should have catering experience and a basic Food Hygiene Certificate. Salary: £26,247 + excellent benefits. The FTE for this role is £30,220. The successful candidate is expected to work 37 hours per week.
Luxborough Court School is a brand-new, purpose-built school registered for 150 pupils aged 5–19 with Autistic Spectrum Disorder. It features a large sports hall with changing facilities, a bespoke 6th form suite and other spaces used for therapeutic intervention and bespoke support. The School benefits from extensive outdoor space, a central courtyard garden, separate secondary and junior playgrounds, and a multi-use games area. Public transport connections include Chigwell Station (less than a mile away) with Central Line services to London and Essex; the site is near the M11, Junction 4.
