Responsibilities
  • Work with the Chef Manager to prepare a varied set of quality menus for our residents.
  • Promote and monitor food hygiene and safety standards, conduct risk assessments and keep the kitchen clean to a high standard.
  • Interact daily with residents, visitors and colleagues; therefore we look for someone who is friendly, approachable and passionate.
Qualifications
  • Experience of working within a catering environment.
  • Valid food hygiene certificate.
