Overview

Synergize Consulting are seeking an Asset Administrator to work at a leading client in the defence sector, on a contract basis. The successful candidate will work within the IT & Technology function and will oversee the management and administration of software assets related to the client\'s cutting edge products and services.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with preparing renewal documentation, compiling software usage and entitlement data, and tracking key renewal dates.
  • Maintain accurate records of software licenses, including purchases, entitlements, deployments, and renewals.
  • Input and update software license and usage data within the appropriate asset management tools.
  • Support administrative aspects of renewals and agreements.
  • Engage with procurement and software vendors to obtain renewals and quotes for licences.
Experience and Qualifications
  • A strong administrative background, with the ability to analyse and organise large data sets.
  • Previous experience in using SAP would be highly desirable.
  • Experience with asset or license management would be advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong skills in using Excel for data recording.
  • All-round IT knowledge would be desirable.
  • Excellent eye for detail and good organisational skills.
  • Ability to communicate with and engage with stakeholders and vendors.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
