The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in an Ofsted-regulated home, and a Level 4 qualification in childcare. Qualifications

• Essential experience in an Ofsted Regulated Children’s Home.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• A valid UK Driving Licence and access to a car.

Responsibilities

• Hold overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the home.
• Lead, develop, and inspire your team to deliver exceptional care.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
• Oversee admissions, care planning, and quality assurance.
