A leading housing association in Manchester seeks an ASB & Legal Officer to improve neighbourhoods and sustain tenancies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of housing legislation and legal processes, as well as excellent communication skills. This hybrid role allows for flexible working and offers a competitive salary between £31,685 and £38,390 for a 35-hour week with a great benefits package, including pension and healthcare cash plan.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of current Housing Legislation and Tenancy Enforcement.
• Experience in preparation of witness statements and court applications.
• Ability to manage tenancy breaches and Anti-Social Behaviour cases.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and manage cases for customers related to ASB.
• Liaise with external stakeholders like Local Government and Police.
• Manage own diary to cover customer visits.
