Please note that this role is based in Manchester, and our current hybrid working arrangement requires office attendance on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
Responsibilities
- You will support the team by producing creative work across a range of projects which is appropriate and exceeds the client\'s brief.
- You will work in partnership with the Client Services team and initiate/respond directly to client communications where appropriate.
- In collaboration with the copy team, you will excel in ideas generation, campaign ideation and development, campaign execution (multi-format), and selling ideas to clients.
- Support the Senior Art Director in making decisions on creative production and provide direction to external partners.
- Excel in art skills across photography, illustration, typography, UX/UI, and multi-format art direction; ensure craft excellence and visual communication across print, digital, social, etc.
- Attend briefing meetings and proactively communicate with Strategy, Client Services, Medical, Digital, and Operations to ensure smooth delivery of projects.
- Demonstrate a strong capability in presenting work internally and externally.

- Experience with Generative AI tools and data, and AI certifications from platforms such as Coursera, Section AI, or LinkedIn Learning, is a plus.
