We are seeking an experienced Architect with 3+ years’ post qualification experience to join our team in the heart of London.

The successful candidate will oversee the entire construction project lifecycle, managing personnel involved at different stages and demonstrating strong technical abilities.

  • Minimum of 3+ years’ post qualification experience including leading projects.
  • Proficiency in Revit and NBS Chorus, with demonstrable skills across relevant software platforms.
  • Exceptional design ability, supported by a thorough understanding of technical and construction information.
  • Exceptional design ability, supported by a thorough understanding of technical and construction information.
  • Experience delivering projects through both traditional and design and build procurement routes.
  • Strong client focus and commercial awareness, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships to identify and secure business opportunities.
  • A collaborative team player with effective motivation, delegation, people management, and influencing skills.
  • Experience across all RIBA Plan of Work stages, from inception through to traditional contract administration (desirable).
  • Sound legal knowledge relating to contracts, regulations, and codes of practice.
