Apprentice Grounds Person

Starting Salary of £16,325.40 per annum Apprenticeship | Full-time | All Year Round

An exciting opportunity has developed within our Grounds Department for an enthusiastic and talented individual who is looking to undertake an apprenticeship in the maintenance and care of sports surfaces.

The main responsibilities of the role will be to undertake all grounds related activities in order to meet the needs of the Schools’ Sports Department and to ensure that the ninety-acre School Campus is maintained to an excellent standard to provide an excellent impression to all visitors to the school.

This role is an Apprenticeship position working full-time, for a period of no more than 18 months, which will be reassessed on completion of Level 2 Sports Turf Operative course.

This role is a Apprentice position working all year round, Monday to Thursday from 8:00am to 4:30pm and Friday 8:00am to 3.30pm, with a 30 minute unpaid lunch. The starting salary is £16,325.40 per annum.
