• Reviewing and planning workloads and checking for accurate information.
• Liaising with the workshop for required parts.
• Controlling stock and receipting items.
• Taking care of customers bringing in vehicles.
• Identifying required parts using catalogs and systems.
• Communicating with customers on vehicle progress.
• Advising on faults or repairs with solutions.
• Preparing customer reports and invoices.
