This full-time, permanent position offers a salary between £48,743 and £50,000 per annum.

If you are not aware, the New Vic leads Appetite – an acclaimed Arts Council England Creative People and Places programme and an innovative model of working that empowers residents of Stoke-on-Trent and Newcastle-under-Lyme to shape the creative activities they want to see in their communities and brings those ideas to life.

The Appetite Director provides strategic and producing leadership to turn ideas into reality, working with artists, partners and local people to deliver bold projects, including annual arts festival #TheBigFeast – a free event that takes over the city’s streets and shares unforgettable arts experiences in unexpected places. Appetite’s Director also forms part of the New Vic’s Senior Leadership Team, helping to share the future of one of the UK’s most distinctive producing theatres.

Full time, permanent role

Salary at 40 hours: £48,743 – £50,000 per annum (the salary will be pro rata if less than 40 hours per week)
