This is a fantastic Senior Ops / App Support Engineer contract opportunity with a leading Liverpool based tech organisation.

The role is mainly remote, with an average of 1 day per week in the central Liverpool office. It is Outside IR35.

As Senior Ops / App Support Engineer you must have experience supporting and clearing tickets covering MuleSoft, Power BI, Snowflake, Alteryx or similar. You should have strong support experience in Applications/Tech/Ops, clearing ticket backlogs quickly, excellent communication and organisational skills, and knowledge of dbt. Strong ETL, SQL and data analytics skills are essential. Experience as a Developer or Data Analyst is beneficial. Prior experience in finance/banking is preferred, as are certifications relating to MuleSoft, Alteryx, Power BI, Snowflake, dbt, etc.
