A leading global insurance services provider is offering a Graduate Programme aimed at individuals eager to build a career in insurance. The 18-month work-based program provides hands-on experience, professional qualification support, and exposure to industry experts. Graduates will gain essential skills in key departments like Actuarial Reserving and Business Analytics, while benefiting from a structured learning plan and early responsibilities. The program is based in London with a hybrid working model after probation.

Duration of programme: 18 months
Working hours: Full time, 35 hours per week
Location: 21 Lime Street, London, EC3M 7HB.
During your probation period you will be expected to be in the office 5 days per week to support your onboarding, learning, and relationship‑building. After successfully completing probation, our hybrid working model will apply, with a minimum of four days per week in the office.
