Clarence George is working with several leading reinsurers in Bermuda who are strengthening their Asset Liability Management (ALM) teams. These roles sit at the centre of reinsurance strategy, providing direct exposure to capital planning, risk management, and investment decision-making.

Role:

• Lead analysis of ALM cash flows, sensitivities, and stress testing
• Support capital planning, liquidity analysis, and strategic asset allocation
• Enhance and streamline ALM models and frameworks (Prophet/Python)
• Work closely with senior stakeholders across Risk, Investments, and Finance

Profile:

• Qualified or nearly-qualified actuary (FSA, FIA, ASA, CFA or equivalent)
• Experience in ALM, actuarial modelling, or reinsurance
• Strong technical skills (Prophet, Python, R, or equivalent)
• Commercial mindset and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
