Your Mission:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Affiliate and PR Marketing Manager to lead and grow our affiliate marketing initiatives while also managing press releases. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the UK affiliate market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive brand visibility through multiple channels.

Your Quests Include:

Key Responsibilities

Affiliate Marketing:

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow the affiliate channel, focusing on ROI and revenue growth.
  • Build, manage, and nurture relationships with affiliates, publishers, and partners within the UK market.
  • Identify, onboard, and optimise new affiliates to diversify the affiliate portfolio.
  • Analyse campaign performance and provide regular reporting, ensuring insights are translated into actionable strategies.
  • Negotiate commission structures and promotional opportunities to ensure a competitive edge.

Press Releases & Media Relations:

  • Draft, edit, and distribute press releases to media outlets, ensuring alignment with brand tone and strategy.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, and influencers to secure media coverage.
  • Act as a point of contact for media inquiries, coordinating responses and interviews as needed.
  • Monitor press coverage and compile reports on brand visibility and public perception.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, with specific expertise in the UK market.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in affiliate marketing platforms and tools (e.g., AWIN, Rakuten, CJ Affiliate).
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand-building.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Experience working within a retail, technology, or e-commerce industry.
  • Familiarity with performance marketing strategies and attribution models.
  • Established network of UK affiliates, media contacts, and PR agencies.
