A healthcare provider in England is looking for a Clinical Practitioner responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with various health conditions. You'll work autonomously and support care coordination services, including home visits and NHS111 pathways. The ideal candidate is a registered nurse or paramedic with a non-medical prescribing qualification and at least two years of prescribing experience. Competitive pay rates and ongoing professional development are offered.
Our Clinical Practitioners provide care through the assessment, diagnosis, treatment and discharge or referral of patients with undifferentiated and undiagnosed injury/illness, or acute exacerbation of existing conditions. You will assist in the development of an integrated approach to the delivery of patient care across the ‘whole system’ of health and social care, working in partnership with all relevant stakeholders.
