Qualifications

• Previous experience using the Eclipse Care System is highly desirable.
• Experience working within North Northamptonshire Council (NNC) or West Northamptonshire Council (WNC) would be an advantage.
• Strong understanding of Care Act legislation, safeguarding, and Mental Capacity Act.

Responsibilities

• Complete Care Act eligibility assessments to identify needs.
• Undertake care and support plan reviews.
• Develop person-centred care and support plans.
• Carry out safeguarding enquiries.
• Conduct Mental Capacity Act assessments.
• Maintain accurate case records.
