Overview

We are currently seeking a highly organised Administrator to support our Lettings Hub with a focus on property compliance. As an award-winning, locally based agency, we are renowned for our customer care and offer excellent training and development, a friendly working environment, and a competitive salary package.

This is a part-time position, working 20 hours per week over 5 days (Monday to Friday) 9am to 1pm on a 12 month fixed term contract.

Responsibilities
  • Managing compliance-related administration for our rental properties (e.g. gas safety, electrical certificates etc.).
  • Liaising with contractors, landlords, and tenants to ensure all safety and legal compliance checks are scheduled and completed on time.
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems in line with company procedures.
  • Supporting the wider Lettings Hub with general administration as required.
Qualifications
  • Strong administrative experience, ideally within property, compliance, or a regulated industry.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Confidence in communicating professionally with contractors, tenants, and landlords.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • A proactive approach and ability to manage a varied workload independently.
