About the role

We seek a motivated Administrator for NFA North in Elland. The successful candidate will provide a high‑quality administrative service, ensuring efficient communication and support for the team.

Who we are looking for

Experience in an office environment, strong skills in Microsoft Office – especially Excel for reports – and the ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced setting. You will meet tight deadlines, work calmly under pressure, be a team player, and demonstrate a willingness to learn and undertake professional training.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including liaison with colleagues and response to requests.
  • Handle telephone calls and emails efficiently, transferring them to the relevant person or department and advising managers of important issues.
  • Act as a confidential point of contact for the agency.
  • Support the team with tasks such as minuting, projects and research.
  • Demonstrate experience within an administrative role and good communication skills.
