We are seeking a recent college graduate to work in a fast-paced environment in an entry-level administrative role supporting a senior executive. This is a full-time position.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing calendars, answering and directing telephone calls, and coordinating internal and external meetings.
- Coordinate events with hospitals and other healthcare organizations.
- Organize and prepare correspondence, operational reports, and presentation materials.
- Process and manage expense reports and related documentation.
- Support special projects and other assignments as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Familiarity with working in a corporate environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications, specifically Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Proficient with Zoom for coordinating video conferences.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to draft and produce grammatically correct, accurate, and complete correspondence.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to deal with all levels of management.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively, determine when to follow up, and recognize when to escalate issues.
- Flexibility in managing an ever-changing workflow, often with competing priorities in a demanding, fast-paced work environment.
- Must be a team player with demonstrated attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to stay poised and professional under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field.
Salary Range
$55,000 – $60,000
