About Job

We are seeking a recent college graduate to work in a fast-paced environment in an entry-level administrative role supporting a senior executive. This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing calendars, answering and directing telephone calls, and coordinating internal and external meetings.
  • Coordinate events with hospitals and other healthcare organizations.
  • Organize and prepare correspondence, operational reports, and presentation materials.
  • Process and manage expense reports and related documentation.
  • Support special projects and other assignments as needed.
Required Qualifications
  • Familiarity with working in a corporate environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications, specifically Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Proficient with Zoom for coordinating video conferences.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to draft and produce grammatically correct, accurate, and complete correspondence.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to deal with all levels of management.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively, determine when to follow up, and recognize when to escalate issues.
  • Flexibility in managing an ever-changing workflow, often with competing priorities in a demanding, fast-paced work environment.
  • Must be a team player with demonstrated attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to stay poised and professional under pressure.
