About the job

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our innovative data protection team to support our diverse range of experience, expertise, and approaches.

Key Accountabilities

  • Support our data protection team virtually or in-person.
  • Assist the team with answering incoming calls from clients.
  • Excellent organisational skills, listening, oral and literacy skills with previous experience of accurate calendar and database management.
  • Engage with clients to arrange audits, training or client meetings on the telephone, email or follow up appointments for our consultants.
  • Manage our online training and compliance services, updating contact details regularly.
  • Maintain a robust online data system on client contracts, audits, and department statistics.
About you

If you can demonstrate the following, we’d love to hear from you:

  • Experience in similar environment is desirable.
  • Clear and concise communicator, high-level problem-solving skills, with an attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate to and communicate effectively with people at all levels, managing the differing expectations of all stakeholders.
  • Experience of using a record management or CRM system would be desirable but training will be provided.
  • Strong experience of using IT, particularly in using Microsoft office and 365 is essential.
  • Ability and willingness to undertake continual professional development training.
