A charitable organization in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking a full-time Administration Coordinator. The role involves providing comprehensive admin support, managing communication with the management team and clients, and practicing the organization's values of respect and integrity. 37.5 hours per week (5 days, Monday – Friday). Part‑time option considered for the right candidate.
The Dove Service is a dynamic and compassionate charity based in Stoke‑on‑Trent. Established in 1984, we promote and improve the emotional health and wellbeing of people who have experienced bereavement, life‑changing/limiting illness or significant loss.
We are looking to appoint a full‑time Administration Coordinator to join our Core Team. Working as part of the administration team within the Dove Service (TDS) Head Office, the role is to provide admin support for the general operations function and for the delivery of our services and projects. This role includes liaising closely with the management team, communicating with project workers, counsellors and with clients.
Required skills: excellent administration background, great flexibility, excellent time management and superb communication skills. The successful applicant also requires self‑motivation, the ability to manage their own workload and an understanding of working in the third sector or health sector.
