Job Description
  • Managing school communications, including phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries.
  • Maintaining school records, ensuring data is accurate and up to date.
  • Assisting with the preparation of documents and reports.
  • Supporting with student attendance monitoring and reports.
  • Assisting with the management of school events and activities.
  • Managing school supplies and equipment, including stock checks and orders.
  • Providing general administrative support to teaching staff and leadership.

This position is 37 hours per week, and is a temporary, maternity cover position.
