# Actuarial Apprenticeships Administrator## Job Introduction### **Actuarial Apprenticeships Administrator****Hours of work -**22.5 hours per week (0.6 FTE)An opportunity has arisen for a motivated, positive and organised individual to join the team as a Actuarial Apprenticeships Administrator. This may include performing administrative tasks for the non-apprenticeship admin team.* Dealing promptly and efficiently with telephone and email queries from learners, employers, BPP staff and external bodies* Working with BPP’s Quality Assurance Team to ensure all quality assurance requirements and documentation requirements are met within BPP defined timescales.* Raising safeguarding concerns with the BPP Safeguarding team.**What we’re looking for**To be successful in this role you will need to have a proven track record in the following areas:* Excellent communication skills – written, over the telephone and face-to-face* Efficiency, accuracy, attention to detail* Experience of working autonomously and managing own workload efficiently and effectively* Excellent time management and organisational skills* Excellent IT skills – Word, Excel, Internet, databases* Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to change* Self-motivated and willing to take the initiativeThe interview process for this position will consist of the following stages:* Competency style interview with two team members on site at our Abingdon office – 60 minutes**Please note** that the successful candidate will be required to undergo Basic DBS Check*BPP Education Group are proud to be a Disability Confident employer so if you need any reasonable adjustments for the interview process, please just let us know!**BPP Education Group actively promotes equality of opportunity for all with the right mix of talent, skills and potential, and welcomes applications from a wide range of candidates.
