Base pay range

Activities Coordinator - Rochester - £13.09 ph (Maternity cover)

Typical shifts will be worked around the activities scheduled for the people we support.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver meaningful, engaging activities that promote growth and develop new skills for the people we support.
  • Work closely with care colleagues to craft experiences with meaning and purpose, ensuring therapeutic opportunities are open and available to all.
  • Organise events and activities within the service or plan community access in meaningful ways.
  • Accurately record and report on the activities offered and session engagement to continually meet the needs of those we support.
  • Ensure activities are tailored to individual needs and choice is at the heart of planning.
Qualifications
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Resilient, flexible and composed approach.
  • Creative by nature with a focus on customer service.
  • Experience in a care or community setting or a genuine passion for enhancing quality of life.
