Salary: £23,555 - £27,604 per annum
Annual Leave: 30 days per annum plus bank holidays
Contractual hours: 37 hours per week

We are seeking a Purchasing Support Assistant to join our Finance team. In this role, you will support the Purchasing Team with day-to-day operations, ensuring the efficient processing of purchase ledger invoices and the accurate raising of purchase orders. You will also be responsible for reconciling supplier statements, managing account queries and providing general administrative support across the College and its subsidiaries. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills and experience in purchasing or finance-related roles, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
