About the role:
As Account Manager – Booker Catering, you will be the primary customer link responsible for the execution and performance management for the Booker Catering segment. You will develop and implement effective sales strategies, execute brand plans, and serve as the catalyst behind the delivery of the P&L and thriving customer relationships.
Role Responsibilities
- Work closely with your manager in creating an account contact strategy and managing its execution to drive and capitalise further business opportunities.
- Execute commercial plans for the Carlsberg Britvic soft and beer portfolio to deliver against budgets for the Booker Catering retail segment.
- Build strong customer relationships to deliver excellence in price, promotion, branding and point of purchase – including online, depot and retail/outlet availability.
- Create a collaborative, cross‑functional network to unlock further business opportunities, building knowledge and insight that can be applied to the current portfolio.
- Proactively track performance of Booker Catering – understanding the key drivers of performance to deliver against the P&L target and strategic plan.
- Ensure all investment is evaluated using appropriate ROI tools and reviewed accordingly.
- Deliver exceptional operational knowledge for Softs forecasting and financial processes, being accountable for managing the commercial administration (i.e., invoices, rebates, etc.).

- Analytical or data‑driven approach to identify trends, assess performance, and make informed decisions.
