Qualifications

  • 3+ years in sales, 2+ years selling Managed WAN & LAN solutions.
  • Experience within an MSP environment with enterprise vendors (e.g. Cisco, Extreme).
  • Proven success in relationship management and delivering targets.
  • Eligible for BPSS & SC clearance.
  • Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

  • Grow customer relationships and understand their needs.
  • Manage renewals, quoting, delivery, and billing.
  • Identify and close new deals through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Create proposals showcasing our value.
  • Run regular meetings and reviews to maintain relationships.

What You’ll Do As Our Account Manager
  • Grow customer relationships – Get to know your customers, understand their world, and recommend the perfect mix of LAN, WAN, Wi‑Fi and security solutions.
  • Keep things running smoothly – Manage renewals, quoting, delivery and billing with support from our internal teams.
  • Spot opportunities – Identify and close new deals through smart upselling and cross‑selling, focusing on value, not just transactions.
  • Tell our story – Create proposals that bring our value to life and show customers how we can help them shine.
  • Stay connected – Run regular meetings, QBRs and strategic review sessions to keep relationships strong and meaningful.
  • Own your pipeline – Manage your accounts from start to finish – forecasting, reporting and growing your portfolio along the way while consistently hitting—or smashing!—your targets.
  • Engage senior stakeholders – Build credibility and influence across every level, including C‑suite.
  • Know your market – Stay on top of trends and competitors so you can be a trusted advisor.
  • Think commercially – Understand margins, budgets, and revenue impact to drive sustainable growth.
Your Experience & Background
  • 3+ years’ experience in sales, including 2+ years in selling Managed WAN & LAN solutions.
  • Experience working within an MSP environment with enterprise vendors (e.g. Cisco, Extreme).
  • Proven success in relationship management, upselling, cross‑selling and delivering against targets.
  • Familiar with CRM systems (Zoho preferred) and confident managing forecasts and reports.
  • A professional sales qualification is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills; confident in engaging, influencing and presenting.
  • Eligible for BPSS & SC clearance.
  • Full UK driving licence.
