The RoleWe’re looking for a Planning Manager to lead media planning on a high-profile retail technology client. You’ll be responsible for delivering insight-led, integrated campaigns that balance brand building with performance objectives. This role is ideal for a planner with a strong understanding of digital and traditional media, looking to step into a management position and help shape the strategy and delivery of high-impact campaigns.
What you’ll be doing
Leading the planning process for multi-channel campaigns, ensuring work is insight-driven and audience-focused
Collaborating with strategy, creative, and activation teams to deliver effective campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels
Acting as a key point of contact for the client on day-to-day planning matters
Managing and mentoring junior planners, ensuring the team is motivated and delivering high-quality work
Monitoring campaign performance, providing analysis, reporting, and optimisation recommendations
What we’re looking for
Solid media planning experience, ideally with retail or technology clients
Strong leadership and organisational skills, able to manage a team and day-to-day client interactions
Confident communicator, capable of translating insights into actionable media plans
Experience delivering campaigns across digital, social, print, AV, and audio channels
Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
