Responsibilities
  • Ensure successful day‑to‑day account management from execution to completion of client projects.
  • Serve as the primary client contact, facilitating and tracking projects and financial deliverables.
  • Communicate client needs and expectations, ensure timelines develop, and identify and resolve potential issues.
  • Prepare for and lead internal and client status meetings.
  • Ensure the team follows all client‑required standard operating procedures and requirements.
  • Alert internal departments of resourcing needs.
  • Draft scope of work and budgets; secure internal alignment before submission to client.
  • Monitor and adhere to approved budgets, reporting changes promptly.
  • Maintain accurate financial spreadsheets to support internal and client needs.
  • Submit invoices, accruals, etc. in a timely manner per SOPs.
  • Accountable for actions discussed in monthly revenue and forecasting meetings.
  • Provide timely and accurate project status updates and client‑requested reports.
  • Drive organic growth on assigned accounts by developing and maintaining excellent, positive client relationships.
  • Support and mentor junior team members on administrative and process tasks.
  • Work with the Meeting Planning department to coordinate and execute virtual and live events.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 4+ years of account management experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industries.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Excellent project management skills (organization, prioritization, delegation).
  • Demonstrated understanding of the clinical development process and strategic communication planning.
  • Strong financial acumen.
