Are you someone who thrives in the Insurance Industry? We’re on the hunt for an experienced Insurance Account Executive who uses their knowledge and experience to build strong, trusted, and profitable client and customer relationships. Our Head Office is in Reading, but there is an ability to work from anywhere in the UK for the right candidate.

What does the role involve?

Our Account Executives are excellent at tailoring their approach, working with clients face to face, on the phone or via video calls. Clients will need your support all year round, and there are networking and prospecting activities to build and develop your portfolio. Inheriting a book of longstanding clients, you will be charged with nurturing the account, growing organically and through cross‑sale opportunities, and generating new clients through a variety of channels including existing introducers, internal referrals, and prospecting.

Experience

It’s essential that you can evidence previous experience gained within the insurance industry and of handling policies from inception to renewal.

  • Certificate in Insurance (desirable but not essential).
  • Exposure to Self‑Drive hire and Motor Trade insurance products (beneficial but not essential).
