A prominent football academy in Coventry seeks an enthusiastic Academy Performance Analyst to enhance player development. We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, proactive, and determined Academy Performance Analyst to join our established Academy at Coventry City Football Club.
Within the role of Academy Performance Analyst, the successful applicant will be responsible for aiding the Youth/Foundation Development Phase players within the Academy. Working closely as part of a multidisciplinary team, the successful applicant will support one of the YDP/FDP age group squads on a weekly basis, providing pre and post-match information for all fixtures and aid individual player development through the collation of relevant videos/data linked to the Academy’s playing, coaching and player development philosophies.
The successful applicant will receive a personal development plan, access to regular continued professional development and be part of the Academy’s Staff Development Programme.
