Lead Academy Coach – Wolverhampton Wanderers

We are looking for an Academy Coach to deliver coaching and games programming for an Academy age group. You will work closely with the Phase Lead Coach and Head of Coaching to implement the Coaching Competency Framework, Staff Development Plans, Player Individual Learning Plans (ILPs) and Academy Training Needs Analysis.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading coaching provision across a selected age group.
• Delivering all KPIs required by the EPPP programme.
• Supporting all players in the phase across technical, tactical, physical, psychological, and social dimensions.
• Co‑working with senior coaching staff to design training programmes aligned with the Academy’s objectives.

This is a full‑time position (37.5 hours per week). Exact hours and days will be agreed, with flexibility required for evening and weekend sessions.
