Tomorrow are working alongside a leading creative studio designing immersive brand experiences that stop people in their tracks. Working across luxury, beauty, lifestyle and retail, they create standout experiences for some of the world’s most iconic brands, experiences that spark surprise, delight, awe and emotional connection on a global scale.

They’re now looking for an Associate Design Director to help shape standout spatial experiences across retail, pop-ups, activations, and more in the next chapter of their creative output. This role is for a confident creative leader who can set vision, craft compelling narratives and inspire teams to deliver exceptional work from concept through to flawless execution.

The Role:

As Associate Design Director, you’ll be a senior creative voice within an 18-strong design team, reporting into an Associate Creative Director.

You’ll lead creative direction across projects, translate briefs into bold, buildable concepts, and motivate designers to push ideas further while maintaining craft, clarity and commercial awareness.

This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who thrives on collaboration, storytelling and mentoring talent.

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead creative vision across multiple projects, turning client briefs into standout, high‑impact concepts
  • Champion clarity, storytelling and innovation throughout the design process
  • Ensure ideas are imaginative, buildable, on budget and true to the original creative vision
  • Lead, mentor and develop a team of 3–5 designers through 1:1s, development plans and career progression
  • Support recruitment and the continued growth of the creative team
  • Champion skills development, training and creative culture
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams
  • Work closely with Design Project Management to align resources, timelines and delivery
  • Lead presentations, manage feedback and expectations, and identify opportunities to grow key accounts
What They’re Looking For
  • A highly creative vision‑setter with a strong eye for detail and a passion for storytelling across retail and experiential environments
  • Well experienced in luxury brand, retail or agency environments, with proven people management skills
  • A confident communicator, comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of spatial design, production processes and end‑to‑end creative delivery
  • Deep industry knowledge across luxury, beauty and lifestyle sectors
  • Strong technical skills in SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite and rendering software (V‑Ray preferred)
    (Experience with Rhino, C4D, Enscape, AI and other digital tools is a plus)
