Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a 2nd/3rd Line Support or Systems Administrator role.
  • Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 including Exchange Online and Teams.
  • Experience with network security and antivirus solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incidents from investigation to resolution within agreed SLAs.
  • Monitor production systems for performance and security.
  • Administer and maintain core business systems including Microsoft 365.
